Our new class members. Check it out.

As part of our Matariki study we had eggs in an incubator.  Matariki is a time for new beginnings and planning for the future.  21 days after putting the eggs in the incubator little bundles of fluffy feathers started to peck their way out into our class.  We now have 9 cute little additions to our class.

Our study of Matariki

In Room 10 we have been learning about Matariki.  We created a mural to show what we had learned.


 

Tataraimaka caught the fish and pulled the up in his net. By Ruka

Tane the God of Light threw the fishes up into the sky. Cairo
